Business Link is organising a free leadership training course in Cheltenham for senior managers of growing SMEs who face major changes at work.
The Strategic Leadership Programme consists of three morning sessions on June 8, 15 and 22 which focus on leading change, individual leadership skills and interacting with employees.
The course is open to MDs and directors of SMEs with an annual turnover of £500k or more, and at least five employees.
We will be hosting it here at Target in our offices in Painswick Road, Cheltenham.
The training is funded by the European Regional Development Fund which supports leaders of companies going for growth.
